Cloud9Cafe, established in 2010 by Vinod Baveria, began as a small rented shop in Ludhiana. Vinod, hailing from Gurdaspur, Ludhiana, Punjab, holds a B.Sc. in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management Gurdaspur, affiliated with IGNOU. He further honed his skills through training at ICON.
